1. Introduction & Acceptance
By engaging with DeeLicious Design ("we", "us", "our"), you (“you”, “customer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your order. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continuing to use our services signifies your acceptance of any changes.

2. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, layouts, graphics, and content ("Materials") created by us are owned by DeeLicious Design. You are granted a limited licence for personal use of delivered design files. You may download or print your files only for the specific event or purposes you’ve paid for; any other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission.

3. Order Process & Proofing
After you place an order, you will receive digital proofs for approval. It is your responsibility to review all content — spelling, grammar, dates, layout, and names — before approving. Once approved, we proceed to production, and no further amendments can be made. Approval confirms that the Materials are final and ready for print; any errors overlooked at this stage (e.g., typos) remain your responsibility.

4. Design & Print Fees
Your invoice will separately outline design and print fees. Design work begins upon receipt of payment and order confirmation.

Design Fee Refund: You may request a cancellation before any design work begins. In such cases, we will refund 50% of the design fee. Once design work has commenced — including concept sketching or initial proofing — the design fee becomes non-refundable.

Print Fee Refund: You may cancel before production begins and receive a full refund of the print fee, minus the design fee. Once the print run starts, this fee is non-refundable.

5. Delivery, Reprints & Defects
We will dispatch printed materials to your home or venue. If delivered items exhibit defects — such as misprints, damage in transit, or incorrect quantities — you must notify us and provide photographic proof within 3 days of delivery. Upon validation, we will reprint the affected items at no extra charge.

6. Limitation of Liability
We comply with applicable Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. Where permitted, our liability is limited to replacement or resupply of defective goods or services, or cost compensation. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of our designs or printed materials (unless such loss is reasonably foreseeable).

7. Payment Terms
Payments may be made via Square (secure online platform) or EFT to our nominated account. Processing occurs after payment confirmation. We do not store any payment information. In case of any pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct or cancel the order and refund any amounts already charged.

8. Customer Conduct
You agree not to misrepresent yourself, submit offensive or illegal content, or upload third-party content without permission. Harassment or abusive behaviour toward our team will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DeeLicious Design and its team harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from content you supply or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be resolved in its courts.
